PEPPER UPGRADE POWDER is A blend of our hottest peppers and home grown spices dehydrated and pulverized to a powdery blend of Flavorable Spicey Heat.  Only add a little at a time to any sauce, but beware it will affect flavor and increase heat so use caution.
