As a culinary herb, use this Oregano as you would any other oregano but again, BUT remember that you need to use much less than a recipe recommends. The leaves can be used fresh or dried, and works well with meats, poultry and added fresh to soups and stews. BUT remember it is powerful so use less than you normally do.
